The primary problem that we were trying to solve is that consumers have to visit multiple places to monitor their consumption making it difficult to manage their budget or know if their usage is higher then normal.  

 

The solution was to give them a dashboard where they could have all utility services in one easy to understand place.  The dashboard would help them track towards budget goals, as well as compare their consumption to themselves and similar households nearby. It would also inspire them by providing them updates on their environmental impact and provide tips and tricks to help them improve.
